Rob Wade Named Senior Director, Program Management
Expression Networks, LLC, a leading innovator in electromagnetic spectrum management solutions, data fusion, and enterprise architecture, is proud to announce the hiring of Rob Wade as a Senior Director, Program Management. Prior to joining Expression, Rob has worked for more than 20 years as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer on large SW and HW development + implementation programs both commercially and for the US Army on several major programs of record. Most recently Rob worked for 10 years at a satellite equipment manufacturer (ST Engineering iDirect) as the Vice President of the Program Management Office and Customer Solutions departments. He has worked with a major solar equipment manufacturer designing and installing solar power plants. Rob also worked at General Dynamics on multiple Army, coalition, and NASA satellite communication programs; at Nortel Networks; and at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

At Expression, Rob will utilize his Program Management Office and software product development experience to implement a world-class set of Program best practices and a common workflow for all of Expression’s growing number of Projects. His responsibilities will include overseeing a team of Project managers and guiding and ensuring the company delivers on schedule, budget, and with quality.
Rob earned his BS in Materials Science at the Missouri University of Science and Technology and attended the University of Arizona for Materials Science and Organizational Management. He is a co-inventor on 20 fiber optic device patents and lead a team that developed and fielded high-speed broadband satellite modems presently operating on >50% of all commercial, private, and military aircraft.
