Expression Networks, LLC, a leading innovator in data fusion, enterprise architecture, and electromagnetic spectrum management solutions, is proud to announce that Tom Meccia has been promoted from Chief Growth Officer to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to joining Expression, Tom was a career Signal Officer in the United States Army. He served in multiple tours at Fort Bragg, NC and the White House, he deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism, and he held various command positions throughout his 22-year military career.

Tom has spent his entire career leading operations and being an agent of change. He entered military service as an infantryman and transitioned to a Signal Corps officer. He has a deep background in spectrum and space operations and helped originate Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) operational concepts that he later implemented into space operations and STRATCOMs targeting cycle. Tom joined Expression Networks directly upon retirement from the military.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of West Florida and his Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Design from Central Michigan University.
