Expression Networks Awarded Contract to Establish National Emergency Tele-critical Care Network (NETCCN) to Aid COVID-19 Efforts
Expression Networks, a provider of tailored enterprise application and information technology solutions to the United States Department of Defense and national security community, announced it has been awarded a contract from US Army’s Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) to develop and demonstrate the National Emergency Tele-critical Care Network (NETCCN). Expression Networks is backed by Enlightenment Capital.
As a prime contract awardee, Expression will alleviate COVID-19 related critical care capability shortages by rapidly developing and deploying the NETCCN. NETCCN is a cloud-based health information management system for creating and coordinating virtual critical care wards. These virtual critical care wards will deliver high-quality critical care to ad hoc treatment centers in areas where hospital resources are saturated with COVID-19-related illnesses.
