September 16, 2019: Enlightenment Capital, an Aerospace, Defense & Government focused investment rm based in the Washington, DC area, announced it has made a strategic investment in Expression Networks through its newly raised Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) fund. Expression is a provider of tailored and integrated electromagnetic spectrum management solutions, automation and visualization technology, software engineering, and data analytics to the national security community. The investment will support Expression’s growth strategy by providing financial resources and strategic support, as it looks to build on its success to date. Expression was named the fastest-growing small business government contractor in the area in 2018.
